Add-ons are priced and charged in US dollars everywhere: your balance is in US dollars and top-ups are charged in US dollars (your bank converts). Plans are priced for your region.
Instant trust
Skip the wait. Lift your limits today.
New workspaces start with low sending limits while trust builds up. Instant trust removes them at once: set at least $5 aside from your balance and pay only for what you use. Every email is still reviewed, bounces and complaints still pause sending, and your plan’s envelope allowance still applies.
Most accounts never pay more than their plan. Everything your plan includes covers normal use. The prices below only apply if your account grows well beyond that — for example a platform with thousands of active sub-accounts or very high sending volumes.

Domains: the inclusion covers your own workspace’s domains; each sub-account domain is $0.50–$2.00 a month from the first. A sub-account is active in a month it sends a live envelope; dormant and test-only ones are free. Minimum card top-up $10 ($25 suggested).
White label (no Bona Fide name, logo or links for your recipients) is included on Scale and Enterprise and costs $99 a month on Team and Business; it is not available on Free. Each white-labelled sub-account is $5 a month. It also needs Instant trust and your brand’s own verified domain: it is on at once, and our review follows within 24 hours. Embedding, the designer, brand profiles, your own domains and theming are on every plan without it.
Custom email text is not translated automatically into the 50 signer languages; logos and colours do not affect translation.

What does “every feature, free” mean?
Free workspaces get the same product as paid ones: the API, MCP, agents, auto-place, sub-accounts, brand profiles, bulk send and the test sandbox. Paid plans add volume, SSO and enterprise controls. White label is paid: included on Scale and Enterprise, $99 a month on Team and Business. Some features unlock as your workspace earns trust, the same way on every plan.
Why do limits depend on trust instead of my plan?
E-signature emails are a favourite disguise for phishing. New workspaces start with modest sending limits that grow when you verify a card, authenticate your own domain and build a clean sending record, so honest senders get room quickly and abusers don’t. The Usage & limits page shows every limit and how to raise it.
How does yearly billing work?
A year costs ten times the monthly price — two months free. The plan is billed once a year; envelopes over your allowance are billed monthly.
Which currency will I pay in?
Plans are priced for your region: the country you are in, which becomes your billing country — US, Canadian, Australian or Singapore dollars, pounds, euros, Swiss francs, dirhams, yen, won, Chilean, Mexican or Colombian pesos, reais or rupees, and US dollars everywhere else. Each plan price is set by hand, not converted daily. Your prepaid balance and everything paid from it (top-ups, SMS codes, ID checks, packs, Instant trust) are in US dollars everywhere.
How does the prepaid balance work?
Save a card and top up in US dollars (at least $10; $25 suggested). SMS codes, ID checks, qualified signatures, envelope packs, Instant trust and other add-ons are charged from the balance, and every charge is itemised. You can set an automatic top-up with a monthly cap.
What counts as an envelope?
A set of documents sent for signature to one or more people. You are billed only when it is completed — never for drafts, declines, or voided envelopes.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan includes the full API and 100 completed envelopes every month. Add a card only when you want more.
Can an agent sign on my behalf?
Only if you allow it. By default your agent sends you a one-tap signing link. You can instead grant a permission — for one request, a template, a counterparty or more — with an expiry, and revoke it any time. You’re notified every time, and the certificate records that the agent signed for you under that permission.
Can I move from DocuSign?
Yes. Upload your PDFs and let auto-place put the fields on them — or ask your agent to. Your existing integrations map cleanly to our envelope, recipient and template model.
